Cold Brew Espresso Martini

Cold Brew Espresso Martini

I’m a person who quit drinking coffee a few years ago but I still love coffee cocktails.

I take them hot or cold, I don’t care, I think the pairing of coffee and certain spirits and liqueurs are amazing. The flavour of straight coffee got the best of me though as I was drinking an insane amount on the daily and now I can’t handle the bitterness of it anymore - especially since the coffee in Sweden is brewed very strong.

Sidekick Coldbrew sent me some of their cold brews to try and obviously my first instinct was to make an Espresso Martini which is a cocktail I absolutely love. I made a classic one but I want to explore different variations as well as there are sooo many good ones (looking at you, salted caramel!).

INGREDIENTS:
- 6cl Vodka (PURE)
- 3cl Coffe Liqueur (Kahlua)
- 8cl Cold brew (Sidekick)

METHOD:
Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake hard for about 20-30 seconds. Strain into some kind of martini glass.
