The moment I tried the Malfy Gin Rosa it immediately made its way in my top five gins of all time (as of this moment, haha, that list is ever changing).

It just has such a fantastic combination of flavours being spirit forward, sweet, sour and tart all at once. It’s so easy to mix with as it just seems like everything pairs well with it! For those of you unfamiliar with this bottle: it’s flavoured with pink grapefruit. A fruit I honestly do not care for that much on its own but somehow works wonders in this gin!

For this cocktail I wanted the gin to really shine, but I also wanted to try to enhance its flavours using different ingredients I had laying around, haha.

Definitely not the last time I whip this beauty up! I never want my home bar to run out of this gorgeous bottle!

ROSEUS MAXIMUS
- 50ml Malfy Gin Rosa
- 20ml Lemon juice
- 20ml Home made prosecco syrup
- 10ml Lillet Blanc
- 1 Dash Angostura Bitters
- Half a dropper Rose Hibiscus extract
Shake all ingredients with ice, double strain into chilled Nick & Nora glass. Garnish with rose.
